  • Providing advice to those with British Citizenship, including renewal of British passports – please contact Citizens Advice if you need help.
  • National passports from your own country (where permitted) – we suggest you renew them yourself as you are best placed to do this due to language.

  • Refugee Family Reunion – we suggest referring to information from Free Movement

  • Schengen visas to visit the EU

  • Immigration applications for refugee settlement (protection route), further leave to remain on human rights grounds or discretionary leave. We are authorised to give immigration advice at IAA Level 1 only and these applications must be done by advisers at Level 2 or above.
  • EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS)
