- Accessing healthcare
- Passport applications
We also offer specialist help with asylum support and immigration issues for asylum seekers and refugees (OISC Level One only).
Please note that we are not able to sponsor any individuals or families of any nationality or assist with matching sponsors to Ukrainians looking for sponsorship.
We work with a range of other agencies to provide the best outcomes for our clients, so in some cases we may talk to you about a referral to another organisation to get further help.
To request advice or book an appointment, please complete a request form, available here:
If you are not able to complete the form, please call 02380 221111. Our receptionist will take brief details about you and your case and pass this information onto the advice team. A member of the advice team will contact you by phone to offer advice or to book a face to face appointment with you if needed.
If our receptionist is not available, please leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back.
We are unable to help with immigration applications for refugee settlement (protection route), further leave to remain on human rights grounds or discretionary leave. We are authorised to give immigration advice at OISC Level 1 only and these applications must be done by advisers at Level 2 or above. You may be able to get help from these organisations:
