Course Fees

Our ESOL courses are free to asylum seekers. For other learners, there is a contribution fee to be paid at the start of the course. This is the only charge and includes the cost of all teaching, exams and a crèche space (where available).

Our main courses run for 32 weeks over the academic year (September to June) and the fee is just £150 (or £75 if you get Universal Credit or other income-related benefits). Classes run for 4 hours per week, or 2 hours per week with creche. Regular attendance is very important as places are limited, and demand is high.

Apply for a place

We recruit for our ESOL courses between June and September. Places do sometimes become available at other times, particularly for our short courses.

To apply for a place, please complete an enquiry form, available here:

Course Enquiry Form

If you are not able to complete the form, please call 02380 221111 to let us know you are interested.

We will then contact you to find out more about you and the course you are interested in. If a place is available on the course, we will meet you to complete an initial assessment.
